... use the legal desk?
- In co-operation with ICTRecht Thuiswinkel.org offers a free legal desk for business partners. Business partners can, for example, ask questions about the AVG (GDPR), contracts and disputes. A question can be submitted and advice on this will be given by telephone within 48 hours. The advice sessions will be limited to a maximum of 30 minutes. You can contact the desk on: + 31 (0)20-6631941 (e-commerce department).
- In addition, business partners will receive a 10% discount on the rates at ICTRecht. Costs will only be charged by ICTRecht if the business partner has been informed beforehand that the desk does not provide for this and the business partner has of course given their approval.
... utilise the Thuiswinkel Privacy Tool?
- As a business partner you want to comply with the latest laws and you want your (potential) customers to be confident that their data is processed in the right way. That is why Thuiswinkel.org, in collaboration with ICTRecht and JuriBlox, has developed the Thuiswinkel Privacy Tool: a free and exclusive tool that allows business partners to independently apply the new legislation.
You can register at info@juriblox.nl. You will then receive access to your account.
