    Horrible experience. I wanted to order a TV for event that should be in couple days. I have placed an order on 11 May 2025, paid it with IDEAL, my payment was successful and delivery was scheduled on the next day. Next day (12 of May) I spent the whole day at home waiting for a delivery, but noboby came or called. On 13th of May I still didn't receive any notifications or calls that I have any problems with order. I called to the customer service and they told me that my order on some "payment check" and it was deleted (?) I didn't receive my money back, I didn't receive any information about it before the call. They told me that I should wait 5 working days for the decision (!) I even can't get my money back to buy TV somewhere else. It's just horrible

    Terrible service and wasted 3 days of my time!

    Ordered a top model built-in Siemens Dishwasher with installation. Delivered on Saturday, but without required installation. A call was made by the delivery person and confirmed that the installation would be done between 14:00-15:00. Nobody turned up. Calls were made and apparently there was a miscommunication internally at Coolblue. A new appointment was made for Tuesday. No email was sent at 22:00 as they claim to do. I received a note saying I could follow on Track & Trace, but there were no details. Yet another call and the response was the same - another miscommunication internally and they could now only come and install on Wednesday! Yet another day of having to take off work to wait at home. Another day of rearranging my appointments and meetings. Do you think that we all have time to sit around and wait for confirmation emails that don't arrive, appointments that don't get met and complete lack of appreciation for our time? Absolutely shocking service and poor customer service! --- Ik bestelde een topmodel inbouwvaatwasser van Siemens inclusief installatie. Deze werd op zaterdag geleverd, maar zonder de benodigde installatie. De bezorger belde en bevestigde dat de installatie tussen 14:00 en 15:00 uur zou plaatsvinden. Niemand kwam opdagen. Er werden telefoontjes gepleegd en er bleek intern bij Coolblue een miscommunicatie te zijn geweest. Er werd een nieuwe afspraak gemaakt voor dinsdag. Er werd om 22:00 uur geen e-mail gestuurd zoals ze beweren. Ik kreeg een bericht dat ik de bestelling via Track & Trace kon volgen, maar er stonden geen details in. Wéér een telefoontje en de reactie was hetzelfde: wéér een miscommunicatie intern en ze konden nu pas op woensdag komen installeren! Wéér een dag vrij moeten nemen van mijn werk om thuis te wachten. Wéér een dag mijn afspraken en vergaderingen moeten verzetten. Denk je dat we allemaal tijd hebben om te zitten wachten op bevestigingsmails die niet aankomen, afspraken die niet worden nagekomen?
